Required Qualifica
- tionsBachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field; equivalent experience may be consid
- ered.Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing, production, machining, fabrication, assembly, or industrial operations experi
- ence.Minimum of 3 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experi
- ence.Proven ability to lead teams, develop employees, and drive perform
- ance.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving sk
- ills.Experience with production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and operational proce
- sses.Experience using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applicat
- ions.Knowledge of workplace safety practices and quality management sys
tems.
Preferred Qualific
- ationsExperience managing machine shop, assembly, warehouse, shipping, and receiving opera
- tions.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodol
- ogies.Experience with workforce planning, budgeting, and capital equipment pla
- nning.Experience with Syteline or similar ERP sy
- stems.Experience in engineer-to-order, custom manufacturing, or industrial equipment environ
- ments.Knowledge of machining processes, manufacturing methods, and quality sy
