Required Qualifica

  • tionsBachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field; equivalent experience may be consid
  • ered.Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing, production, machining, fabrication, assembly, or industrial operations experi
  • ence.Minimum of 3 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experi
  • ence.Proven ability to lead teams, develop employees, and drive perform
  • ance.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving sk
  • ills.Experience with production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and operational proce
  • sses.Experience using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applicat
  • ions.Knowledge of workplace safety practices and quality management sys

Preferred Qualific

  • ationsExperience managing machine shop, assembly, warehouse, shipping, and receiving opera
  • tions.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodol
