YOUR PAY, CLEARLY EXPLAINED
- Starting rate: $0.65–$0.70 per mile, confirmed before you accept.
- Loaded and empty miles paid.
- Typical solo mileage: 2,800–3,200 miles per full week on the road.
- At those rates and miles, mileage-based gross pay is approximately $1,820–$2,240 after deductions and any additional bonuses.
- Weekly direct deposit and on-time pay.
- Cash advances available up to $300 per week.

Top-performer take-home figures are not a fleetwide average or guaranteed earnings. Actual pay depends on your rate, paid miles, earned bonuses, and applicable deductions. Home-time weeks may be lower.

- 2024–2026 trucks in the fleet.
- Refrigerator and inverter.

- Drivers already working with us receive priority for available upgrades.
We’ll review available trucks with you before you commit. New-truck assignments depend on delivery timing and availability.
DEDICATED ROUTES: GET ON THE WAITING LIST
Want a more consistent route? Dedicated routes are offered as openings become available, on a first-come, first-served basis.
If a suitable route is unavailable when you join, we can add you to the waiting list. As routes open, suitable opportunities will be offered to drivers in line, in order.
Ask recruiting about current openings and getting your name on the list.
HOME TIME PLANNED WITH YOU
Our typical schedule is 2–3 weeks out, followed by 2–3 days home.
Home-time arrangements are negotiable and coordinated with dispatch in advance. Tell us what you need so we can discuss a schedule that works with your location and our freight.

We operate with ELDs and require compliance with applicable hours-of-service rules. Safe, legal driving comes first.
KEEP YOUR OPTIONS OPEN
Start as a company driver, with the possibility of moving into lease-to-own while keeping your assigned truck.
Drivers may also be able to move from lease-to-own back to company driving. Changes and keeping the same truck are subject to eligibility, approval, equipment availability, and the applicable agreement.
Lease-to-own is optional. Recruiting will explain the terms before any change.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least two years of verifiable OTR experience.
- A driving record that meets our hiring requirements.
- Safe driving habits, reliable communication, and accurate logs and trip paperwork.
