National Powersport Auctions (NPA) is the world's largest powersport auction and remarketing company specializing in: Motorcycles, ATVs, Side X Sides, Utility Vehicles, Personal Watercraft, Snowmobiles, Trailers, Recreational Vehicles and Boats.
As the leading powersports remarketing company in the U.S., NPA serves dealers, OEMs, and lending institutions throughout the nation with a complete range of auction-related services. Having sold over 1 million vehicles since inception, NPA plays an important role in assisting clients with liquidating inventory and maximizing returns. Dealers throughout the world utilize NPA for acquisition of wholesale vehicles and to ensure their pre-owned inventory meets their customer's demands.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and manage internal “department work item” projects
Gather project requirements from stakeholders
Schedule and facilitate meetings between stakeholders and developers
Ensure projects remain on track and aligned with timelines
Assist in documentation, follow-ups, and milestone tracking
Learn and work within Jira and Confluence to manage and document work
Communicate clearly and proactively with team members and leadership
What We’re Looking For:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong preference for planning, organization, and follow-through
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) with a strong understanding of Excel
Enjoys creating structure and keeping projects on track
Comfortable balancing people needs with process requirements
Willingness to learn Jira, Confluence, and general project management best practices
The role is in-office (any NPA location) preferred, with the option for partial remote work after onboarding
This is a full-time position
An ideal candidate thrives in structured environments, values collaboration, and can manage multiple moving parts with precision. While no tech or PM experience is required, we are seeking a candidate who is interested in technology, or the HOW behind the NPA systems. Experience leading a team or coordinating projects is preferred.
Pay $50,000- $60,000 annually
