What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Pool Repair Manager, you’ll lead a talented team of technicians who keep our customers’ pools running perfectly — safely, efficiently, and beautifully.
Your day-to-day will include:

Owning the repair department performance, revenue, and profitability

Managing repair schedules, quotes, and diagnostics

Hiring, training, and developing high-performing technicians

Building long-term customer relationships built on trust and quality

Overseeing inventory, ordering, and workflow efficiency

Tackling escalated customer concerns with professionalism and clarity

Collaborating with branch leadership to streamline communication and results
-
Ensuring every repair job is done right — the first time
What You Bring to the Table:

High school diploma or GED (college coursework a plus)
-
3 years in a leadership or management role is required

Hands-on repair experience or strong technical background
-
Understanding of pool systems, diagnostics, and equipment

Proven success in dispatching, scheduling, or service management
-
Clean driving record (3 years of history) and a valid license
-
Ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening

Work Environment:
This role is a blend of field and office — about 50/50. You’ll manage operations from your desk some days, and be out in the field leading your team the next.
You’ll be expected to:

Work in Arizona weather (sunshine, heat, occasional dust devils ??)

Maintain safety awareness around water and pool equipment
