The ideal candidate will have experience designing engaging and interactive digital learning content that aligns with adult learning principles and organizational goals. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create multimedia-rich content and ensure high standards of instructional quality, accessibility, and learner engagement.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement interactive SCORM-compliant e-learning modules utilizing Articulate Storyline 360 Rise; having experience of Adobe Captivate, Vyond, H5P, and others is a plus.Write and edit video/audio scripts aligned with instructional design standards.Use our LMSBlackboard Ultraplatform to publish, manage the catalog courses, and update content.Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), operations, trainers, and educational development teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.Implement modern instructional strategies, includingscenario-based learning,gamification, andinteractive assessments.Direct voice-over recordings and video productions to ensure professional content delivery is a plus.Maintain and apply accessibility standards and instructional integrity in all course materials.Perform quality assurance reviews of course content and manage improvements through feedback cycles.Redesign legacy training programs to improve learner engagement, course completion rates, and satisfaction.Assist in the creation of courses documentation for submission and approval purposes by different Medical Imaging organizations. A check off list of required documents will be completed with the team.Qualifications:2 years of experience in instructional design or e-learning development.Proficiency inArticulate Storyline 360, Rise Adobe Captivate,H5P,Vyond, or similar andLMS platforms(especiallyBlackboard Ultra catalog feature).Knowledge of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and learning theory.Familiarity with HTML and custom LMS template styling including the Courses Catalog set up features.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience scripting for voice-overs and video.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Experience working with cross-functional teams and providing design consultation.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelors degree in e-Learning Design, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.Experience in adult education accredited training environments; emphasis in healthcare training is a plus.Portfolio showcasing e-learning modules or instructional design work is a must.Why Join Us?Youll be part of a forward-thinking team that values creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement in learning experiences.
