Assistant Store Manager
Position Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to lead customer-facing operations and drive sales growth. This role is the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional and positive experience both in person and over the phone. Beyond daily operations, the manager will play a key role in generating new revenue by developing marketing strategies, leveraging social media, and building strong customer relationships through CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee front-of-house operations, including customer service, phone interactions, and in-store sales.
- Provide exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
- Track and manage the flow of sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Develop and execute marketing plans during slower periods to increase traffic and sales.
- Manage and grow company presence on social media platforms to attract and engage new customers.
- Utilize CRM systems to follow up with leads, strengthen customer relationships, and expand repeat business.
- Support, train, and guide team members to deliver consistent service standards.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or sales management.
- Experience in Retail for 5-10 years preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable with technology, social media, and CRM platforms.
- Highly motivated and results-driven, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
