NPW is seeking a results-driven Commercial Account Manager to join our growing team! In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to grow revenue, build long-term customer relationships, and expand our market presence in your territory. Territory includes Albertville, Boaz, Hokes Bluff, Huntsville and Rainsville.

Responsibilities
Create and execute a sales strategy to meet personal and company growth goals.
Build and maintain strong, profitable relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify and leverage NPW's competitive advantage through market and competitor analysis.
Schedule and manage regular customer visits to meet expectations and drive engagement.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
Collaborate with the sales manager on strategies and market opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and productivity standards.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in outside sales or a related role.
Strong track record in sales and expense management.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; solid math and computer skills.
Valid driver's license required.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Automotive paint knowledge A PLUS!
Physical Requirements
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to twenty (20) pounds unassisted.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds unassisted.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to read, talk, and hear.
May work in areas where toxic, flammable, and hazardous materials are present.
