Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems or Equivalent

VOIP Experience (Broadsoft preferred, but not required)
Network & Workstation Setup and Support

Microsoft Excel – Intermediate skills
Antivirus, Malware Support & Troubleshooting
Adobe Products – Form Development, Graphic/Web Design (In Design, Professional, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
