Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Birmingham, AL, for a Valet Team Lead. The Valet Team Lead will oversee daily valet operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service. Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising valet staff, maintaining the efficiency of valet parking operations, assisting customers, resolving service issues. The individual will act as a point of contact for customers and team members to ensure smooth communication and a positive experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction experience with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Proficiency in Valet Parking operations and ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting professionally with customers and staff
- Leadership experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance
- Valid driver’s license
