What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Women's Soccer Coach position at National Park College?
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
National Park College is currently seeking a Head Women's Soccer Coach/Student Affairs Officer. This is a full-time, 12-month position that will report to the Athletic Director.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruiting student-athletes that can be successful academically, socially, and athletically at National Park College
- Instruct and prepare the student-athletes for competition in the NJCAA Region 2, Division 2
- Scheduling games, coordinating game management, and providing academic advising for a small cohort of student-athletes
- Serve as the head coach for women’s soccer programs
- Serve as a part of the Admissions/Student Life team for National Park College
- Assist in the recruiting of both traditional and nontraditional aged student to NPC for the Admissions/Student Life team
- Attend college fairs, high school visits, and other events both on and off campus
- Assist with on campus Student Life events when needed

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in athletics preferably at the NCAA, NAIA, or NJCAA level
- Experience working in Admissions and Recruiting is preferred but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged sitting
- Extensive walking
- Prolonged screen time
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
