| JOB SUMMARY: |
NORC at the University of Chicago is seeking a Research Associate I to join the Health Sciences Research Department. NORC's Health Sciences team works with clients to develop and test field-based surveys and interventions designed to improve care delivery, disseminate, and implement successful evidence-based programs, and engage stakeholders to enhance quality, efficiency, and patient outcomes. This Research Associate I will be responsible for providing general support with both research projects and department administration. The ideal candidate will possess a broad interest in improving health care delivery and quality by supporting rigorous research in diverse, real-world settings. The successful candidate will also provide general administrative support for the department's activities and project portfolio. Location: This is a hybrid role based in our Washington, DC office, with a minimum of six days per month in the office. The pay for this position is $56,000. This position is classified as regular. Regular staff are eligible for NORC's comprehensive benefits program. Benefits include, but are not limited to:
