Primary Position Duties

Primary Position Duties
- Perform Project Control task:
- Transferring information from hardcopy to a digital format
- Performing regular data integrity and quality audits
- Reconciliation of work billed against client remittance
- Create and Manage projects
- Identify and resolve issues timely and accurately
- Effectively communicate verbally and non-verbally with various levels both internally and externally
- Provide support in all Project Control aspects.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Responsible for reviewing, responding, and resolving request.
- Build solid rapport within organization.
- Identify process breakdowns and implement solutions to streamline processes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education or Skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Associate degree in accounting/finance preferred
- 1 years of Accounts Receivable/Payable experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read, interpret, and verify data from various sources
- Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, and InDesign
- Proficient with the ability to quickly learn processes and procedures
- Prior related office experience preferred
- Previous Cable experience preferred but not required
