Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials within our warehouse. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, be proficient with material handling equipment, and have a solid understanding of warehousing principles. This position requires someone who is capable of working independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying against purchase orders.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to shipping and receiving procedures.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and effectively.
- Perform cycle counting and inventory management tasks to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including housekeeping duties.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Utilize computer systems for inventory tracking, order processing, and shipping documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and resolving issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of warehousing principles and best practices.
- General knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Working knowledge of operating pallet jacks.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Basic computer literacy skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Experience with forklift operation.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with packaging and labeling procedures.
- Previous experience with order picking.
