Job Opportunity: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Rye, NY | Full-Time | Starting Fall 2026
National Multifamily is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to help us tell our story. We’re a boutique investment sales firm focused exclusively on multifamily and mixed-use properties. We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented marketer to bring our deals, listings, and brand to life. You’ll get real training, structure, and support inside a close-knit, entrepreneurial team.
What You'll Do:
▸ Own the production and standardization of deal marketing collateral (broker opinions of value, offering memorandums, market reports) by turning agent-provided inputs into polished, on-brand, templated marketing collateral
▸ Support the production of post-close collateral and case studies to generate leads and referrals
▸ Photograph standard properties in-house (exteriors, aerials, unit, and mechanical shots) when needed
▸ Create and manage content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube) highlighting closed deals, listings, company milestones, and individual agent brands
▸ Liaise with external marketing partners, agencies, and vendors (designers, printers, photographers) to coordinate deliverables
▸ Coordinate direct mail and email marketing campaigns
▸ Maintain and update the company website
▸ Uphold brand consistency across all materials, working within our existing brand guidelines
▸ Track and report on campaign performance and outreach metrics
Who You Are:
▸ Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized
▸ Comfortable with design, photo-editing, and content tools (Canva, Adobe Suite/Lightroom, or similar) and social platforms
▸ An eye for photography and visual storytelling
▸ A strong writer with an eye for brand voice and visual consistency
▸ Coachable, proactive, and excited to learn the commercial real estate industry

Requirements:
▸ A recent college graduate (Bachelor's degree by Summer 2026), ideally in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
▸ Ability to drive to Rye, NY office 5 days a week and properties in surrounding areas
▸ Portfolio or samples of past photography, videography, design, content, or social media work a plus
▸ Excellent written and visual communication skills
▸ US work authorization
