Position: Mortgage Closer
Location: Feasterville-Trevose, PA
Work Model: Hybrid after training
Training: In office during training period
Compensation: $50,000–$55,000 base salary
Incentive: Eligible for $600 incentive upon completion of 40 closed loans per month
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Overtime: Not eligible
Benefits: Medical after 60 days, 401(k) after 90 days with company match after 1 year, monthly accrued vacation/personal/sick time, and 11 paid holidays
Overview
This role is responsible for preparing Closing Disclosures, preparing closing packages, following up on post-closing documents, and ensuring closed loans are ready for shipment to the appropriate servicer, investor, or government agency.
This is a hybrid role after training. Candidates must complete the training period in office in Feasterville-Trevose, PA. After training, the role allows 2 remote days per week.
The right candidate will have prior mortgage closing experience from a mortgage company, strong TRID knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced closing environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare Closing Disclosures.
Prepare final closing packages.
Formulate applications into the final closing package.
Verify and input accurate closing data.
Follow up on documents after closing.
Prepare closed loans for shipment to the servicer, investor, or government agencies.
Maintain accuracy and compliance throughout the closing process.
Work closely with the Closing VP, Closing Supervisor, and closing team.
Manage closing work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications
Prior mortgage closing experience from a mortgage company required.
Strong knowledge of TRID guidelines required.
Mortgage Byte experience preferred.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
Strong attention to detail required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of real estate and mortgage regulations preferred.
Ability to review documentation and financial information accurately.
Must be able to complete training in office in Feasterville-Trevose, PA.
Must be comfortable with a hybrid schedule after training.
Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
