Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing, organizing, and submitting loan files from application through closing.
- Communicate with Mandarin- and English-speaking clients, agents, borrowers, and partners.
- Translate documents and conversations as needed.
- Collect, review, organize, and track borrower documentation, including income, assets, ID, and title materials.
- Coordinate with escrow, title, and third-party vendors to support timely closings.
- Maintain accurate data entry and file management in the loan origination system.
- Monitor loan conditions and closing timelines.
- Support loan officers, processors, underwriters, escrow officers, clients, and real estate agents throughout the loan process.
- Provide professional, client-facing communication in a fast-paced environment.
- Fully bilingual in Mandarin and English required, including written and spoken proficiency.
- 1–3 years of experience in mortgage, real estate, financial services, or a related role preferred.
- Prior experience as a loan processor, processor assistant, transaction coordinator, or similar support role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files at once.
- Professional communication skills and client-facing demeanor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn loan origination systems and document management platforms quickly.
- Experience with DocuSign, Encompass, Calyx, or similar systems preferred.
- Familiarity with Conventional and Non-QM loan products preferred.
- Experience working with Chinese-American clients or international borrowers preferred.
- Cultural fluency and professionalism when working with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners is highly valued.
Salary : $42,000 - $54,000
