Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Concrete Supervisor / Foreman to lead crews on concrete restoration and marine construction projects throughout Florida.
This person needs to be hands-on, organized, and able to run a crew in the field without constant direction. The right candidate will understand concrete repair, demolition/chipping, forming, pouring, patching, coatings, safety, and jobsite production.
We are looking for someone who can keep the job moving, manage workers, communicate clearly, and make sure work is done correctly the first time.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead concrete restoration crews in the field
- Read plans, understand scopes of work, and follow project specifications
- Coordinate daily tasks, labor, tools, materials, and equipment
- Oversee concrete demo, chipping, forming, pouring, patching, and finishing
- Ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule
- Track daily production and report job progress
- Communicate with project managers, inspectors, general contractors, and crew members
- Maintain jobsite safety and enforce company rules
- Help train and guide crew members
- Identify problems early and help find solutions
- Keep tools, equipment, and materials organized
Requirements
- Concrete experience required
- Supervisor, foreman, or crew lead experience preferred
- Experience with concrete restoration, structural repair, bridge work, marine construction, or FDOT/DOT work is a plus
- Must be able to manage crews and keep workers productive
- Must be dependable, organized, and able to communicate clearly
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to work outdoors in Florida weather
- Must be able to lift, bend, climb, and work around active construction sites
- Must be willing to travel for projects when needed
- Must speak English
- Plus if you speak Spanish
Preferred Experience
- FDOT or government project experience
- Marine construction experience
- Concrete pile repair / jackets
- Epoxy, grout
