Is currently Seeking a qualified Sandblasting and Paint Supervisor.
The person chosen will be accountable for overseeing the production and ensuring the quality of work performed. Supervise employees, painters, and blasters to meet customer needs while following company quality and safety standards. Must understand customer concerns and deliver solutions tailored to their needs. Be able to read and comprehend drawings for large structural steel jobs. Capable of communicating effectively with other employees and contractors. Applying Hemphill, Carboline, PPG, Sherman Williams, Duvoe, water base and epoxy coating. Paint thickness metering-Blasting with steel shot-some robotics-man lifts etc.-Run a crew of 2o-Perform proper blast methods-coatings-maintenance on blast and paint systems-inventory-crew safety.
Some travel but not a lot-A growing business-Must be able to interact with customers.
Prefer 5 plus years’ experience Paint & Blast and supervising. Must be flexible to work overtime, nights, holidays, and weekends when needed. Great pay and benefits.
