Cleaning Supervisor at National Maintenance Contractors
Shift: About 7pm-1am Monday-Friday ~ 30 Hours/Week
Requirements:
- Employees must use company app.
- You must be 18 years old.
- For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
- A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.
- Employees must wear non-slip shoes during working hours.
- Drug testing required
- Driver's license/DMV review required
- Live scan fingerprinting required
- Spanish speaking preferred
Job Duties:
As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:
- Supporting/communicating with cleaning employees
- Travelling account to account
- Maintaining client relationships
- Ordering supplies/materials for accounts
- Reviewing/approving timekeeping
- Cleaning restrooms
- Taking out the trash
- Sanitizing
- Mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming.
