Position Overview
As our Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in managing our daily operations. This position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
· Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
· Schedule and coordinate service appointments for painting, resurfacing, and projects.
· Dispatch technicians efficiently based on location, workload, and project priority.
· Confirm appointments and communicate scheduling updates with customers.
· Create, update, and manage work orders.
· Prepare and send customer invoices.
· Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
· Follow up on outstanding invoices and past-due accounts.
· Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
· Conduct follow-up calls after completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Coordinate with technicians and management to ensure projects stay on schedule.
· Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
· Assist with estimates, proposals, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
· Minimum of 2 years of customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or office administration experience.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
· Experience in the construction, maintenance, painting, or home services industry.
· Experience using QuickBooks, Jobber or similar scheduling software.
· Billing and accounts receivable experience.
· Dispatching experience.
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
