What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional table service to residents and guests.
- Take meal orders and accurately deliver food and beverages.
- Ensure dining rooms are clean, organized, and ready for service.
- Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting between meals.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Build positive relationships with residents while delivering exceptional hospitality.
- Support team members to ensure smooth and efficient dining operations.
- A positive attitude and passion for customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable and flexible schedule availability.
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or senior living experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and carry trays throughout scheduled shifts.
