Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, professional Customer Service & Dispacther to support our pallet manufacturing and logistics operations. This is a hybrid role responsible for customer service, dispatch coordination, and inside sales support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable communicating with customers, drivers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Process orders, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain professional and relationship-driven communication
Dispatch & Logistics Support
- Assist with scheduling deliveries and pickups
- Communicate with drivers, freight carriers, and internal production teams
- Track shipments and proactively address delays or issues
- Maintain accurate order and delivery records
Sales & Account Support
- Assist with quoting, order follow-ups, and customer retention
- Identify upsell and additional service opportunities
- Support existing accounts and assist with onboarding new customers
Qualifications
- 2 years experience in customer service, dispatch, sales support, or logistics
- Manufacturing, pallet, lumber, or transportation industry experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, customer interaction)
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable with pricing discussions and customer follow-ups
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
