Key Responsibilities

Financial Services & Insurance Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own client base using company-supported marketing tools.
• Develop long-term relationships through ongoing communication and reviews.
• Provide customized solutions in insurance, and retirement strategies.
• Participate in comprehensive training, coaching, and mentorship programs.
• Follow a structured leadership development track with advancement opportunities.
• Work in a hybrid capacity (remote in-person meetings/training).

Optional Investment & Advisory Services (ESI Affiliation)

For candidates who choose to expand into securities and investment advisory services.

• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients seeking equity and investment guidance.
• Analyze market trends and economic data to craft tailored investment strategies.
• Conduct portfolio management and performance monitoring.
• Educate clients on investment options and financial planning strategies.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Network proactively to expand clientele and business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• FL 2-15 Life, Health & Annuities License (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in financial services, investments, or insurance is preferred but not required.

• ESI affiliation is optional.
• Required only if you choose to offer securities or investment advisory services.
• Candidates pursuing this path must become Registered Representatives and Investment Adviser Representatives of Equity Services, Inc. (ESI), Member FINRA/SIPC.
