What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a team of up to three full-time attorneys.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior attorneys.
- Maintain an independent caseload with a minimum of 1,500 billable hours annually.
- Minimum 5 years of experience practicing family law in a dedicated family law firm.
- Demonstrated success managing high-conflict, high-asset, and complex family law cases.
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
- Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and client-facing presence.
- Commitment to client-centered service and making a long-term difference in the lives of families.
- Active license to practice law in Washington State.
- Spanish language proficiency (preferred, not required).
