What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered/Alternative Funds Paralegal position at National LGBTQ+ Bar Association?
Our client, a global asset manager with over $1 Trillion AUM, has asked us to find them a highly qualified, registered/alternative investments paralegal with 5-7 years of experience with a registered investment advisor or major law firm.
You must have strong experience with registered funds and other pooled vehicles; specifically, UCITS and 1940 Act funds.
You will be providing legal and governance support for boards and other oversight entities, and must be organized and motivated, and able to work independently as well as with others, internally and externally.
