Positions Available: Lead Attorney; Second-Chair Attorney

Hiring Salary: $100,000 plus DOE for Lead Attorney; $80,000 plus DOE for Second-Chair Attorney

• Work with dedicated team members to investigate, litigate, and appeal capital postconviction matters.
• Work across state and federal forums, including circuit courts, the Florida Supreme Court, federal district courts, the
  
  

Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

• Collaborate with forensic experts on guilt and penalty phase issues and guide case strategy from investigation through
  
  

appellate review.

• Balance litigation and appellate practice, building courtroom and briefing experience in capital postconviction law.
