Qualifications/Requirements:
- A minimum of five years experience in the Commercial and/or land development sector
- Proficient negotiation skills for negotiating contracts
- Excellent communication skills to communicate with clients, management, builders or developers
- Must be able to adapt to industry trends and local market dynamics.
- Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
- Bilingual and able to read, write and speak Spanish proficiently
