Director of Marketing (Hybrid Position)

National Land Partners, one of the largest and oldest developers of recreational and residential land in America, seeks highly experienced, direct-response driven Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies using the most updated technology that drives immediate customer action, such as inquiries, sign-ups and purchases. Oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels like email, digital ads, direct mail, traditional and telemarketing, focusing on measurable results and return on investment. This role involves analyzing campaign performance, optimizing marketing tactics, managing budgets, and leading a team to help achieve sales and growth targets. They also collaborate with field sales offices to ensure cohesive sales goals and messaging in all direct response efforts. This leader combines technical expertise, analytical rigor with creative strategy to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Core Skills

• Knowledge of predictive modeling, machine learning applications, marketing-mix modeling, A/B testing, and email marketing systems
• Familiarity of Salesforce CRM platform
• Experience leading creative teams
• Effectively collaborates with field sales offices to understand marketing needs and sales goals and act as point person for design and execution of all marketing strategies
• Ability to analyze key performance metrics like cost per lead, cost per appointment conversion rates to optimize marketing spend
• Understands human psychology, clear value propositions, and urgency triggers
• Allocates budgets flexibly across digital ads, email, direct mail, traditional and social channels based entirely on performance
• Strong persuasive communication, attention to detail, and adaptability in crafting messages that drive immediate customer action is required
• Ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously

Required Education & Experience

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field

· Experience: (5 ) years of progressive Director level marketing experience, with demonstrated success leading direct-response marketing

This is a hybrid position based in Williamstown, MA offering flexibility to work from home while maintaining an in-office presence.
