Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and chat platforms
- Manage "front office" operations, including greeting visitors and answering calls with excellent phone etiquette
- Utilize software such as Microsoft Outlook & Service Titan for data entry, record keeping, and document management
- Support administrative functions including sales appointment follow up, lead generation systems, and maintaining organized records
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing concerns accurately and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office workflows and improve overall productivity
Requirements
- Proven experience in Customer Service or administrative roles with clerical experience preferred
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and data entry tasks
- Service Titan experience desired
- Technical proficiency in using multi-line phone systems and familiarity with customer service software
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse customer needs effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Demonstrated experience in customer service roles such as front desk or receptionist positions is a plus
- Exceptional phone etiquette combined with strong proofreading skills to ensure clear communication
