Agency Operations Coordinator | Pittsburgh, PA | Full-Time
This isn't a "keep the lights on" role.
We need someone who takes ownership — who follows problems through to resolution, builds systems, and makes sure important work never falls through the cracks.
At NIM, our agents trust us to help them serve Medicare beneficiaries and grow their businesses. Behind every contracted agent, carrier appointment, and successful enrollment is a process that has to be executed accurately and on time.
That process needs an owner.
You'll own:
- Insurance licensing and contracting across multiple states
- Carrier appointments and agent onboarding
- Medicare compliance documentation and AHIP tracking
- Monthly exclusion screenings (OIG/SAM)
- Carrier and vendor relationships
- Day-to-day office operations
You're the right fit if you:
