What will you do?
- Develop, code, and configure projects related to automation of systems, processes and reporting for greater operational efficiencies across a variety of applications related to IT and other departments
- Create and deliver working, production-ready reference implementations that can be leveraged easily by teams
- Create points of integration and secure systems to provide greater operational efficiencies through automation solutions.
- Help to establish and maintain coding best practices, methods, and design patterns in accordance with company and industry standards
- Design, create, maintain, and document IT automation opportunities, processes, and reports aligning business goals with IT services as well as enabling optimal security, performance, and greater operational efficiencies
- Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or related field
- Identity and Access Management; Authentication, Authorization, Group, and Role Management
- Basic knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures for ITIL and other IT-related items
- Experience with development platforms and container deployment
- Someone with Experience in configuration management, test-driven development, and release management
- Someone with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Someone with flexibility, adaptability, and desire to learn new languages and technologies
- Someone with strong collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team
