What will you do?
- Provide basic customer service for all Claim Operations activities in accordance with Company and Claim Operations standards
- Monitor processes and workflows, including but not limited to creating records of new reported losses in ClaimCenter and ImageRight;
- Respond to telephone status inquiries from Agents, Claimants, Insureds, and others; verify and maintain reporting for Catastrophe codes; obtain and verify required information for Medicare reporting; and verify information in Total Loss Audit reporting.
- High school diploma or GED and additional vocational courses
- 2-3 years related work experience
- Basic math skills
- Personal computer and related software
- You adhere to Company or Claim Operations policies and procedures
- You understand basic insurance terms and coverages
- You have 2 years of college or a business-related Associates degree
- You have 35 wpm keyboarding skills and type with accuracy
- You possess excellent oral and written communication skills
