We are seeking a Production Worker for our warehouse for the manufacturing of traffic signs. This worker will float between a few different departments, including the sheeting and trimming departments, and be cross-trained in multiple positions. Training available. Hours are M-F 7:50AM-4:30PM. Full time preferred, part-time considered.
Duties of the Position
- Overall production area worker for busy traffic sign manufacturer. Ability to work well as a team and to closely follow and carry out directions.
- Run laminators, trim & stack sheeted aluminum blanks.
- Measuring skills is a must, must be able to read a tape measure.
- Carry out basic quality and testing checks
- Maintain work areas and equipment at all times.
Skills and Qualifications
- Must know how to read a tape measure
- High school diploma/GED required
- Strong work ethics and organizational skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
- Able to work on foot for extended periods of time
