Our Inventory Clerk Generalist will have multiple duties nestled within our Inventory Department. This employee has times working both independently and as a team. Schedule will be M-F 7AM-4PM or 8AM-5PM with a 1 hour lunch break and two ten-minute paid breaks. Overtime may occasionally be required. Training will be provided. Pay negotiable based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Assisting with filling orders in a warehouse setting

· Maintaining a clean work environment and machinery

· Using various inventory department machinery, including but not limited to sheer cutter, drill press, corner machine

· Operating forklift

· Assist in stock takes and physical inventory counts throughout the company, including research of discrepancies

· Daily cycle counts and branch orders

· Picking and pulling material for production and orders

· Working with a pallet wrapping machine and banding machine to wrap signs/items in quantities

· Efficiently, effectively, and safely packaging product for shipping

· Other responsibilities as needed

Skills and Qualifications

· Must have basic math skills and be able to read a tape measure

· Must be physically agile to stand for long periods of time and lift 75lb

· Organized, self-motivated, and self-directed

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel/computer skills

· Fast learner and able to multi-task - adapts well to change

· High school diploma/GED required

· Previous with machinery and/or forklifts a plus but not required

· Previous inventory experience a plus but not necessary
