- Maintain clinical competency through application of integrated nursing knowledge, leadership, and communication skills
- Utilize the nursing process for patient assessment, planning, and care implementation
- Prioritize workflow to meet patient care needs while practicing continuous quality improvement
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations related to nursing services
- Tennessee RN license (GNs and GPNs considered)
- Strong clinical skills, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and excellent communication skills
- Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN options (AM or PM shifts available)
