Position Summary
- As the Admissions Nurse, you will be the first point of contact for new patients entering our facility. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Completing pre-admission screenings and providing a thorough medical assessment
- Collecting and documenting each patient’s medical history
- Ensuring all required forms, insurance information, and paperwork are complete and accurate
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to support a smooth and efficient admission process
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Current RN or LPN license
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
