Responsibilities
- Deliver care in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies
- Monitor patient status and communicate changes to providers
- Administer and document medications accurately
- Maintain compliance with all licensing and accreditation standards
- Use universal precautions and support de-escalation protocols
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license in Missouri
- Preferred: 1 year of nursing experience in a behavioral or geriatric setting
- CPR, First Aid, de-escalation, and restraint certifications (training provided)
