Restorative RN/Safety Nurse

💊RN Restorative/Safety Nurse FULL TIME Monday-Friday, day shift 

Facility location: NHC-White Oak Lancaster – 253 Craig Manor Rd, Lancaster SC 29720

We’re looking for a RN to manage our restorative and safety needs for the facility. This includes managing three restorative CNA staff. We would to have someone join our team who is flexible, dependable, and passionate about quality care. You’ll assess resident needs, support care plan implementation, and provide compassionate care. Lead and mentor CNAs while helping the team deliver consistent, person-centered care every day.

What We’re Looking For:
♦Current South Carolina RN license in good standing.
♦ Compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality.
♦ Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
♦ Ability to work professionally with residents, families, partners, and physicians.
♦ Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
