Housekeeping Aide

🧽Housekeeping Aide full time 8am - 4:30pm and alternating weekends
We are a 109-bed skilled care and rehabilitation facility who provides person-centered care to each of our residents.

Our Housekeeping Team is a hardworking group committed to keeping our residents’ home clean, safe, and comfortable and welcoming. We’re looking for a dependable and dedicated full time Housekeeping Aide who takes pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment each day. Your work plays an important role in the comfort, safety, and well-being of everyone in our care. If you’re punctual, flexible, and enjoy working with a supportive, team-focused environment, you’ll fit right in. This is a meaningful role where your work truly makes a difference in our residents’ daily comfort and care.

What You’ll Do
♦ Help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff 
♦ Follow infection control and safety guidelines at all times 
♦ Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate department
♦ Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
♦ Dust, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces following facility standards
♦ Replenish supplies such as soap, paper products, and linens
♦ Monitor supplies and report maintenance concerns
♦ Handle residents’ personal clothing with care and ensure proper labeling

What We’re Looking For
♦ High school diploma preferred
♦ Strong attention to detail and reliability
♦ Housekeeping and laundry experience preferred
♦ Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
♦ Able to lift, bend, stand, and push carts as needed 
♦ Good time management skills in a fast-paced environment
♦ Ability to follow directions and maintain sanitation standards
