Facility location: White Oak Manor York - 111 S Congress Street, York, SC 29745 - 803-684-0035
SHIFT: Parttime Every Other Weekend 7am-7pm

What You’ll Do:
♦ Assist residents with daily activities and personal care
♦ Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team
♦ Support residents and families throughout their healthcare journey with compassion
♦ Provide kind, respectful, person-centered care
♦ Work positively and collaboratively within a supportive, team-oriented environment
Must be an active listing on the South Carolina CNA registry.
