At White Oak Estates Apartments, we provide person-centered care to our independent living residents—helping them maintain their independence while staying connected to the community.

We are currently seeking a part-time Transportation Aide who is upbeat, friendly, and passionate about serving others.

🚗 What You’ll Do

• Safely transport residents to appointments, errands, and outings

• Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed

• Plan and coordinate transportation schedules

• Communicate effectively with residents and team members

• Provide outstanding customer service with every interaction

📅 Schedule

• Monday – Friday

• Flexible daytime hours (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

• Schedule varies based on resident transportation needs

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✔ Friendly, upbeat personality with strong people skills
✔ Compassionate and service-oriented mindset
✔ Clean driving record (required)
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office required)
✔ Ability to plan, schedule, and multitask effectively
