Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Weekend Nights

About Us
White Oak of Rock Hill is a 141-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center conveniently located near Piedmont Medical Center. Our facility provides both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services in a dedicated rehabilitation wing.
Position Details
Schedule:
- Every Saturday & Sunday
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies
- Coordinate resident care with interdisciplinary team members
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance
- Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
- Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and effectively
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited, state-approved school of nursing
- Current, active South Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to resident-centered care
