What You'll Do:
♦ Orientation facilitator and ongoing staff education
♦ Plan and conduct staff orientation and in-service training, monthly
♦ Maintain education and health screening records of facility staff
♦ Complete and maintain health screenings and vaccination records for all facility staff
♦ Ensure compliance with regulatory and infection control standards
♦ Maintain and facilitate compliant Education for all staff, monthly
♦ Promote staff growth, competency and quality care
What We're Looking for:
♦ Current RN license South Carolina

♦ Long-term care experience preferred
♦ Licensed RN in South Carolina
♦ 2 years supervisory or administrative experience
♦ Strong leadership and organizational skills
