White Oak Estatesis seeking a full-time Restorative CNA to join our team! This rewarding role allows you to provide one-on-one restorative nursing services, helping residents improve strength, mobility, and independence while expanding your CNA skill set with specialized care experience.

As a Restorative Aide, you’ll:

• Carry out restorative nursing programs such as positioning, ambulation, and joint range-of-motion exercises.

• Encourage residents in active participation to maintain independence.

• Monitor and assist with weights and activities of daily living.

• Collaborate with CNAs and nursing staff to support patient care needs.

✅ Qualifications:

• Active NC CNA Certification (required)

• Experience in long-term care and restorative nursing preferred, not required
