🌟 What You’ll Do
As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you will help bring joy and meaningful engagement to our residents by:

Assisting with daily activities, events, and social programs

Leading and supporting activities such as games, crafts, music, exercise, celebrations, and group events

Spending one-on-one time with residents to ensure everyone has the opportunity for engagement

Creating a warm, welcoming, and family-oriented atmosphere
-
Completing one-on-one documentation according to CMS guidelines and regulations (this can be taught)
Every day brings something new. One moment you might be calling out numbers during bingo, the next helping a resident paint, dance, celebrate a birthday, or simply share stories from years gone by.

Some evenings required depending on activities or special events
