Schedule
✔ Full-Time Position, 7AM to 7PM Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays
✔ Three (3) 12-hour shifts per week
✔ Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
✔ Weekend Premium Pay of an additional $8.00 p/hr on Saturdays & Sundays
💰 $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Available!
White Oak Manor Kings Mountain is currently offering a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified full-time LPNs. The bonus is paid in scheduled increments throughout the first year of employment, rewarding your commitment and dedication to our residents and team.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to the RN, physician, and interdisciplinary team.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Promote a positive, respectful, and caring environment for residents, families, and team members.
Qualifications
- Current, active North Carolina LPN License
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
