The Role
The Analyst, Market Development for the Customer Advocacy & Success (CAS) team works directly with the Director of Customer Advocacy & Success in a “chief-of-staff” capacity. This individual serves as the central connector of the team with visibility across all CAS functions and supports organizational alignment, process improvement, and growth. Additionally, the Analyst will report strategic updates to the CAS leadership team and the broader Customer organization regarding team achievements and impact. This role will work closely with the managers of the Strategy & Product Success and Advocacy teams and act as a liaison for other stakeholders across Customer and the business. The Analyst will be expected to take on projects based on strategic opportunities identified that advance team performance and outcomes for vulnerable customers.

What You'll Do
- Plan and coordinate team meetings and touchpoints, including sessions with the leadership team and All Hands Calls for the CAS organization
- Develop and distribute monthly newsletters and other communications to keep the wider team informed and engaged
- Consolidate and present key achievements and developments in regulatory, affordability program, and outreach spaces to leadership through Business Review Meeting updates and quarterly reports outlining the vulnerable customer narrative
- Maintain and enhance team resources and tools that organize workflows, improve efficiency, and support knowledge sharing
- Actively engage across CAS teams to develop a high-level understanding of priorities and progress, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and alignment
- Support the Advocacy teams with strategy development and performance tracking
- Collaborate with CAS managers to define KPI’s and growth/performance metrics that meet the expectations of regulators and business stakeholders while effectively demonstrating customer impact
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field required
- 2 years of relevant experience required
- Knowledge and experience in utility operations, regulation, and clean energy preferred
- Strong oral and written communications skills required
- Ability to synthesize complex information and distill key insights
- Confidence in presenting to leadership and diverse audiences
- Strong organizational skills required
- Proactive, highly communicative, and collaborative with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative solutions to meet the needs of vulnerable customers
- Valid driver’s license required
