Job Purpose
The New England Electric Contract Administration & Performance (Engineering) team monitors, supports, and evaluates Master Service Agreement (MSA) performance and contractual relationships for outsourced electric engineering and design contracts for National Grid.
Key Accountabilities
- . Support relationships with external contractors along with internal stakeholders including but not limited to Procurement, Engineering/Design, Program/Project Management, project teams, and Construction
- . Support development and review of MSA framework contract RFPs. Develop, refine, and monitor KPIs. Review contracts and specifications for updates
- . Support MSA contract issues and escalations
- . Troubleshoot issues, address concerns and present findings to stakeholders both internal and external fo
- r Transmission, Distribution Planning, Substation, Protection, and Distribution Design categories of work. Support National Grid restoration efforts during weather events

Qualifications
- d
- d Experience within the electric utility industry preferre
- d 5 years of experience developing new programs and leading strategic efforts require
- d 2 years of experience making presentations to upper management preferred
- 2 years of experience in SAP/Ariba Guided Buying preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Power BI, MS Teams, SharePoint, Power Point, Excel and Word required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to perform storm duty support outside of regular working hour

Salary
$102,000 - $119,000 a year
