In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of grant activities and will serve as the main point of contact for grant agencies, department staff, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Researching and identifying funding opportunities aligned with the City’s strategic and financial goals and Capital Improvement Plan (CIP)
- Preparing, coordinating, and submitting applications, including developing narratives, budgets, and supporting documentation
- Coordinating post-award grant implantation, working with departments to ensure projects are launched effectively
- Developing and maintaining grant management processes and procedures for tracking documentation and internal controls
- Monitoring grant performance and financial activity
- Ensure compliance with all grant requirements by conducting regular reviews and maintaining adherence to applicable regulations, budgets, and City policies
