Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably as a Team Lead or Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and team dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
  • Experience working in a cross-functional or matrixed team environment.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific tools and software relevant to the team’s function.
  • Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and change management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve project milestones and performance targets.
  • Coordinate daily activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments or stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may impact team productivity or morale.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.
  • Collaborate with management to align team objectives with organizational goals and strategies.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and teamwork.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of deliverables.
